    The calendar opens like a book and has 12 numbered perforated doors. There is an opening on the top and bottom of the calendar, this is where the white internal tray is inserted into the box. We do recommend heat sealing any food items that you place in the tray. The tray is made of an extremely sturdy corrugated cardboard (so it can hold heavy items) and is white inside and out for a clean look!

      Something unique and new I tried this Christmas and so glad I did! Got 2 of these for my 20 & 18 yr old kids. They arrived quickly & well packaged. These come fully assembled which was a bonus 🙂 Arrived quickly and well packaged.Although these are 12 Days of Christmas Advent calendars, I filled them up with some shredded gift paper and a gift card in each space and wrapped them to be opened on Christmas. The gift cards fit perfectly! Gave them to my kids at the same time so they could open together and not spoil the surprise for one another. They thought these were the neatest thing ever and had so much fun opening them!! It was a fun and unique way to give the gift cards and my kids kept saying how cool it was. Well worth it and I will definitely get them again. Hopefully next year there is another version of this 12 day calendar so there is some variety. Great quality as well. The interior “compartment” is very sturdy & the advent calendar “doors” had a great “tear” open effect.

    Hi Renee! We are not able to offer custom calendars. We print our calendars earlier in the year, and print in bulk with the design that I come up with. To customize, you can add a sticker with your logo and information to the cover, lots of people do this successfully! Thank you so much for your interest in our calendars!

    Hi Lesley, Our calendars include the box with perforated doors that your recipient can open. The packaging also includes the white tray and dividers to keep items in place behind each door.     Hi Zinnia, we have 2 sizes for our calendars. This size and our smaller cookie calendar with cavities that are 2.5 x 2.5 x 1" deep.
