The processing time is the time that it takes us to put your order together, and get it ready to be shipped out. This is in addition to the shipping time. Shipping time is the time from when the carrier picks up your package to the time it is delivered to your door.

Yes! Our pouches are heat-sealable! Our pouches are a thicker material so you simply have to turn your impulse sealer up a little higher than you normally would. As an example I heat seal my single cookies in a poly/cello bag at a setting of ‘3’ but I turn my sealer up to a setting of ‘7’ when heat sealing our pouches. And be sure to heat seal the pouches ABOVE the tear notches.
