How Soon Will I Receive My Packaging?

  • Processing Times for all orders including those with Advent Calendars are delayed. I recently had a tremendous family loss (my dad ❤️) and that set us back a few weeks. I sincerely apologize for the delay. I am working overtime to process and ship all orders as fast as I can. Thank you for your understanding, thank you for your orders and most of all thank you for your support!

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Where Are We Shipping To?

  • United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guam, France, Italy, Netherland, New Zealand, Nicaragua, South Africa, Switzerland, and Trinidad and Tobago.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may occur with your shipment. Please review your countries specific import rates before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Items

  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) with the tracking number sent to you.   

Return or Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales are Final. We will not be accepting returns of any items.
  • We will not be accepting cancelled orders.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If there are any defects with your products, please contact us right away by emailing misscookiepackaging@gmail.com.
  • Replacements may possibly be provided (if stock allows).
