How Soon Will I Receive the Advent Calendars?

  • Advent Calendar orders will begin to ship out mid to late October.
  • We are going to get every order out as fast as possible.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has shipped.

Where Are We Shipping the Calendars?

  • United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK and Australia.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may occur with your shipment. Please review your countries specific import rates before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Items

  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the carrier (UPS) with the tracking number sent to you.   

Return or Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales are Final. We will not be accepting returns of any items.
  • We will not be accepting cancelled orders.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If there are any defects with your calendars please contact us right away by emailing misscookiepackaging@gmail.com.
  • Replacements may possibly be provided (if stock allows) if users prematurely puncture any of the perforated doors. Shipping will be paid by customer for any replacements.
