How Soon Will I Receive My Packaging?

  • Processing times for all orders may be slightly delayed if you are ordering as part of the Cyber Monday sale. We will work as fast as we can to get all orders out to you ASAP! Thank you for your orders and most of all thank you for your support!
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • We strive to get every order out as fast as possible and appreciate your patience.

  • United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, France, Guam, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and Trinidad and Tobago.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may occur with your shipment. Please review your countries specific import rates before ordering.

Delayed or Lost Items

  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost items. Please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) with the tracking number sent to you.   

Return or Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales are Final. We will not be accepting returns of any items.
  • We will not be accepting cancelled orders.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If there are any defects with your products, please contact us right away by emailing misscookiepackaging@gmail.com.
  • Replacements may possibly be provided (if stock allows).
