We are located in central Massachusetts, USA. Our time zone is East Coast Time (EST).

We work as fast as we can to get all orders out to you ASAP! You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over it. We will do our best to help you locate a delayed or undelivered package working with the shipping carrier to find a reasonable solution that works for you. If the package is lost, we will file a claim with the carrier and re-ship your order to you or refund the order depending on your preference.

The processing time is the time that it takes us to put your order together, and get it ready to be shipped out. This is in addition to the shipping time. Shipping time is the time from when the carrier picks up your package to the time it is delivered to your door.

We do not accept returns of any food packaging. All sales are final. If you must cancel an order, there will be a 10% cancellation processing fee taken from the refund of the order.

Yes! Our pouches are heat-sealable! Our pouches are a thicker material so you simply have to turn your impulse sealer up a little higher than you normally would. As an example I heat seal my single cookies in a poly/cello bag at a setting of ‘3’ but I turn my sealer up to a setting of ‘7’ when heat sealing our pouches. And be sure to heat seal the pouches ABOVE the tear notches.
