Why duck egg cartons? Well, duck eggs tend to be a little taller and wider than chicken eggs. So these cartons are made with taller and wider cavities than standard chicken egg cartons. If you have offered these activity kits in the past but your cartons were a little too small or you felt that they didn’t close securely enough, give our cartons a try. Our cartons have a snap closure to keep the lid securely closed. The size of each cavity is 2″ wide x 2.875″ tall (standard chicken egg cartons have cavities that average about 1.5″ x 2.625″ tall).
